My grandmother's aide hadn't rcvd a check for the entire month of May so she placed a visit to the home office of Alpha yesterday morning. There is now a new business at that specific location; the company has left without notifying their employees and/or customers! Not acceptable! I WILL definitely be moving forward with taking the appropriate steps to file complaints with local, state and government officials.
Issues out checks with no funds to their workers... very bad business
