Alma Dental PC

I haven’t had a chance to go there and could not make an appointment since the lady who picked up the phone was rude to the extreme. She yells, cusses on the phone, cuts off the line because she obviously hates her job. Whoever works there I hope you’re mentally fine because this kind of treatment is unacceptable in every customer service possible. I believe the doctor does a great job but the front desk definitely needs to be trained in basic human communication and manners if they want customers to take care of.

I called the office to schedule an appointment as soon as my dental insurance card arrived in the mail. I called on 11:20 am on a Tuesday. The woman who picked up had a very rude tone of voice. She yelled at me to provide my insurance information. When I asked her why she was yelling and if she was okay (I am a psychotherapist and truly wanted to know if she was okay) she ignored me and passed me to another receptionist. I will give them a try as I am sure the dentist won't be rude. But, if the front desk handles patients this way on a regular basis, I will change providers. As someone who sees patients daily also, I would never yell at anyone.

Amazing dentist, I do not trust anyone with my teeth because I am scared of dentists. Dr. Kanevsky is amazing and his staff rocks! Can't wait to come back for my 6 month check up!
