Allure Specialty Pharmacy

I have been to so many pharmacies I've lost count. Allure is exceptional in every way from customer service & the most friendly & professional staff. I would recommend them to everyone. It brightens your day to be greeted by a pleasant & knowledgeable team.

Very unprofessional. My prescription was sent in on the 7th of June. I had to wait until the 15th to get it. On the 15th I spoke with the pharmacist Victor at 2pm. He said he would deliver the medicine after closing. He didn't arrive until 10:49pm. When I finally opened the bag I realized two of my medications were missing. I called immediately and he said he would send them on Thursday. Six more days!! I would never do business with him again. When I complained he got very rude and nasty. I thought he was a nice guy so I let the mistakes he made in the past go. He was always forgetting one of my medications. This time I specifically asked him if he had them and he lied to me and said yes. I should have run the first time he sent my prescriptions and I had the blood pressure medication of

This Pharmacy is good except they use to charge me the copayments for the medication. Two days ago I went there and they tried to give a medication to me that I'm highly allergic to . It's a disgrace that they were very careless in giving me a medication that can cause me to be in cardiac arrest. I told them I'm going to report the nys licensing department. Then they had the nerve to charge me for a mask for the NEBULIZER that they provided for me when the insurance should've picked it up. I'm a shelter resisdent that I've been dealing with them for a long time

Quick and friendly service. Staff is very knowledgeable of medications dispensed at the pharmacy.

Missing medications, broken containers inside of the delivered late to no delivery as promised, irresponsible staff, a total nightmare. One star is more than this business deserves. If anyone is thinking about becoming a customer--BEWARE OR YOUR LIFE MAY BE ENDANGERED. During the last five months as a customer, I have been left without my medications four times.
