I feel they are very honest here. Went to another dentist who wanted me to spend a ton of money. Those issues weren't found here. I do have a clinching issue and when I forget my night guard I typically break the fillings in the back, which has left the very back tooth short, he was worried about just filling it again but since I promised not to forget my night guard anymore, he filled it but said next time we’d need a crown. I appreciate him listening. The ladies up front are knowledgeable and will let you know pricing from the insurance for recommended services for the next visit so you can make the decision right for you. As much as I hate to leave negative reviews, this one cannot be helped. With my new dental insurance, I had to select a primary provider from a list of approved providers. After calling a few options, I found that most nearby offices had no appointments available for six months, except for one (Dr. Tan Q, Tran). This very open schedule should have been my first clue. When I pulled into the parking lot, I noticed that the office had a broken side window. It didn’t look recent, which wasn't a good sign. The reception area was neat, but the place looked rundown. After providing my information, the receptionist asked me to take a seat while they verified my details and confirmed Dr. Tran as my primary provider. This is where I went to get my second opinion and I wish I went here to begin with. First dentist gave me a laundry list of things that needed to be fixed w/the total coming out to $2k+ out of pocket (w/insurance). I booked an appointment with Allure dental on Friday for Monday morning, was seen in less than 10 minutes. I was given a much smaller list of 4 small cavities & a deep cleaning, all for the high price of $0 (all covered by insurance). I will be going here from now on & recommending to everyone! Update: I’m a big crybaby when it comes to needles and the dentist. I let everyone know before getting started, they had no problem w/letting me use my headphones to zone out. I did shed some tears when it came to the shots but the dr gave me a prescription for something the next time I

The receptionist is so sweet and very knowledge able. The Assistant was very kind and over worked. She most definantly was the hardest worker there. But the Dentist was aweful. No wonder people are horrified of dentist in general. I have been to very good dentists in my life time. I Love going to the dentist. I only had to switch due to insurance and I will not be coming back here again. There was no hygenist at this building. He came in drilled my teeth creating heat and pain in my mouth. I don't even know why! Then told me the assistant would be in to polish them. The assistant was very sweet, but obviously new to her job.

The receptionist and assistant are both very nice but the dentist is very harsh and not patient. He answers questions with one word responses. That is why I will not be returning.
