I’ve been doing research on trauma release therapy for a few months. Along with trying to find one in the metro Detroit area. I came across Ugishia on google by chance. And had my first session this past Sunday . I didn’t realize my body was the anchor to a lot I was carrying on my person. Immediately my body felt safe with Ugishia’s guiding energy. And started to unpack to unburden me. She was very professional and a calming light. I definitely will be back and recommending to others
