AllSet Urgent Care Downtown

Jessica and Eddie were so helpful!! I had questions about my insurance, and they gladly helped me figure those out. Jessica was very kind and helpful. Eddie was amazing as well! I always have a good experience with INTEGRIS, but these two went above and beyond for us! If you’re looking for a good urgent care, I highly recommend you come to this location. Everything was perfect!

This was hands down the best urgent care experience I've ever had. The entire team went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Everyone I interacted with was kind, patient, and genuinely concerned about my health. They took the time to listen, explained everything clearly, and treated me with so much respect and compassion. It's not often you leave a medical visit feeling this supported and cared for. If you're looking for an urgent care that truly prioritizes their patients, this is the place. I'm incredibly thankful for the amazing care I received.

The service at this location is top notch! The facility is clean and comfortable. I was greeted pleasantly upon arrival, Deedy was so friendly. I was seen promptly and both Jana and Deedy were so efficient. I was treated, tested and diagnosed in just under 40 mins. They had my prescriptions ordered and ready by the time I got to the pharmacy. The treatment and medications were what I needed to get through my cold and feel better in just a few days. I realized that I needed another medication upon discovering I didn’t have it at home, I made a quick call to Jana and she got the meds ordered immediately and I picked them up same day. They were so friendly, professional and got me fixed up in no time! Will definitely go there again!

Today, I went to the downtown Oklahoma City location. I usually go to the one near my house but the downtown location was right by my job. I believe their names were Amanda Payne and Jana. From the time they unlocked the door, they were all smiles, friendly and just made me feel super comfortable and cared for. It let's me know there is no let down at Allset. No matter where I go, Im going to be treated well. Both Amanda and Jana listened to my concerns and actively worked to provide a solution gor me. Now that I know its near my job, I can slide in during my lunch if needed and know that I will receive great care.

Upon entering the establishment, I was greeted warmly by Deedy and Jana, whose hospitality immediately set a positive tone for my visit. The check-in process was efficient and streamlined, ensuring that I could proceed without unnecessary delays. I experienced minimal wait times, which allowed me to receive the care I needed promptly. I am truly grateful for the professionalism and attentiveness exhibited by both individuals during my visit. Their efforts significantly enhanced my overall experience. I will definitely be back! If you don’t want to wait extremely long I recommend coming here.
