have called them to schedule an appointment, receptionist was so ridiculous. omg, she asked me what is my insurance, when I told her that I have a sugar diabeties and have to see doctor each 3 months. this individual heard that I have Healthfirst (while I have fidelis) she told me that i have wait for an appointment 3 months. And then, I asked her if there any appointments available sooner or can I get an emergency (waitlist) appointment sooner. She told me no, and then, when she started talking some things about healthfirst, i told her that my insurance is Fidelis care - where she said that with my insurance my waitlist will be even longer than 3 months. Like excuse me ??? am i suppose to pass out bc of your inability to take care of patients who literally is your money? i would not recom

The receptionists just gossip while you are sitting in the office for the reschedule/referral. You wait for an hour or more literally because they are gossiping. The lady Jasmin just make you wait for no reason.

I’m a hyperthyroid patient I would recommend this doctor to everyone she’s the best very professional and knowledgeable. 👍🏻

Extremely rude, snaps at you and does not care about her patients understanding.
