Dr. Allison was a pleasure to work with, very friendly and professional. I felt all of my questions and concerns were answered and addressed. I found a remarkable improvement in stability/strength/comfort after a 1x a week 8 weeks regimen + "prescribed" stretching and strength training. Highly recommend!
