Allina Health Heart Hospital Pharmacy

I am a senior and disabled with no car. I order my prescriptions to be mailed to me. They used to be pretty good, but they're terrible for the last few years! I ordered on 1/21, and got meds on 1/28. Both were wrong. Wrong medication on one and wrong amount on the other. I always say the medications as well as the number, but they never listen. I have two medications that have two different strengths, but more often that not I get the wrong strength. I called to tell them on 1/28, it is now 2/3 and I've not received it and now have been out for several days. This happens very frequently and I complain but nothing is ever done about it. It's very hard to manage your health when you consistently can't get your meds before they run out.

If I could 0 star my experience, I sure would. I was speaking with the pharmacist here, named Dalika, who was very un professional. I had to grab some additional information, which I wont disclose here for professional reasons, but I muted the phone while grabbing the info, and all I could hear was this pharmacist talking about me with another representative. Very disgusted with how things were handled and very disappointed with the level of professionalism here.

The service was fine employees ok the problem was at the pharmacy the qualityof drugs they felt like placebo as ive been on for over 25 years i called said they must have made mistake they stated no new generics itried to return them they said no not without a dr.s consent got one they were like angry child other person in room (pharmacy ) stated same issue they stated my insurance was not good enough for effective drug i was used to i went to sams club they were 12.99 at alina abott they wanted 109.99 or 119.99 so they explained at sams club what was going on they make alina abott much more off cheap generics so they push them onclients with insurance thatsnot as good saving good ones for preferred clients.
