Allied Physicians Kids Care Pediatrics

I visited this office for a sick visit. My pediatricians office did not have any appointments available. The scheduling was easy. I found parking on the residential street in front. The office definitely needs to be updated. The nurse practitioner, however, was very helpful with treating my child and helping us to get the prescriptions necessary.

At this location - we've had both incredibly positive experiences and lack thereof with some of the doctors here. Dr. Luc being one of them. Very nice for sure but dismissive as well to more urgent and underlying medical matters - just like the other office in Elmont. Refusal for an Orthopedic referral or any referral to Rheumatology... Everything was always "yea, your kid is okay." Turns out, my kid was diagnosed with a rheumatic condition. It's a great thing I followed my intuition & continued to fight for answers despite anyone's "title", formal educational training and/or "pedigree." My daughter sees Dr. Phanord, and she is absolutely wonderful. From the very beginning, she has made my husband and I feel comfortable and supported as new parents, always answering all of our questions with patience and without judgment. Her professionalism is unmatched she is thorough, knowledgeable, and takes the time to walk us through each step of every visit. At the same time, she is incredibly warm and caring; she genuinely lights up when she sees our daughter and treats her with such kindness and compassion. It’s clear she truly loves what she does, and it shows in the way she cares for her patients. We feel so fortunate to have her as our daughter’s doctor and highly recommend her to any family looking for exceptional pediatric care.

The Doctors are excellent. All my grandchildren and now my great grandchildren go there. Highly recommended.

Worst pediatrician office out there. Do not take your kids here! The last time my daughter went for a regular checkup, the nurse measured it to he 59(4 foot 11) inches and wrote her down to be 4 foot 5. Not only could this incompetent nurse not do math correctly, when i daughter pointed out her mistake, she became defensive and was exceptionally rude. She refused to change the measurement and when my daughter spoke to the doctor, she simply thought this was a funny affair and did not remediate the situation. This office does not take children’s matters seriously, dont bother with their attitudes. Plenty of better pediatricians out there!
