Choosing Dr. Kanchi Shah for my orthodontic treatment is the best choice I have made, they genuinely care for their patients and listen to your every concern. I am no more afraid of visiting a dentist. Also the staff here is very polite, sweet and friendly. Overall I had very pleasant experience. Thank you Dr. Kanchi and team. Cheers!

Worst place ever. Always overbooking appointments. It's not uncommon to wait 30 mins or more past your appointment time to be seen. Never fixed loose or broken brackets. Or said that they didn't have her type of wires. Kept saying they didn't have time but will do it next time. Have to wait at least 8 weeks between appts for braces maintenance which I've been recently told should be every 6 weeks. Dr. Dhyllon is rude, and arrogant. My daughter had her braces 4 years because he kept saying she needed more time. He had other practice locations but please do your research before going to any place he is at. Our last apt we had to go to Reading because the litiz office closed

I would never recommend allied orthodontist to anyone. They are very unprofessional. They waited till 2 1/2 hours before my sons appointment to call and tell me they no longer accept his insurance. So now, thanks to them, it will be 4 months total between his last appointment and his next one with the new orthodontist. I missed a day of work for this appointment! I'm sure they knew for a good while that they were not accepting his insurance, not just 2 1/2 hours before his appointment. Are you kidding me ?? 👎👎👎

Dr. Kanchi is an excellent dentist. She gave her time to explain every procedure she was doing. She has a naturally lovely personality. I would recommend Dr. Kanchi to everyone.

Signs all over the front door about masks required and door is locked and you must have an appointment to enter, can’t touch anything in the office.... Walk inside and one of the girls isn’t even wearing a mask. Go figure! 🤣 Rudest staff in the world, acting like I was bothering them at their job. Mask is a mask, if you require others to wear one, you must also!!
