Alliance Urgent Care

Took less than an hour from start to finish. Staff was very courteous. Dr very thorough in assessing and addressing my concerns. I can count how many times I have been sick in my 50yrs on 1 hand and this time was so weird that I really did not know what was going on. This Dr figured it out. Prescribed what I needed for the next 7days. I would recommend and will bring my family should I need to in the future.

I was very impressed with this place. I wasn't feeling well couldn't afford the ER. Easy to get online sign up and hold a spot. The office was not crowded. It was bright and airy. All windows. I get claustrophobic so it was really nice that it was very open and nice. Very clean. The receptionist was really sweet. The triage nurse (Francine) was great. Seemed very empathetic. And then the practitioner that saw me Nicole Reyes was wonderful very engaging and very patient and seemed to care. I was able to get a chest X-ray there. It was an all-around nice experience believe it or not and it was in and out in about an hour and 20 minutes. Maybe. Highly recommend.

I made an appointment and was seen at my exact appointment time. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful being that it was my first time at this Urgent care. The provider, I think her name was Alyssa, called me back for triage and even did her own set of vitals. She introduced herself so I was aware she was the one treating me and she was extremely thorough. She explained her thoughts about my concerns, answered all of my questions and provided appropriate treatment. I was also given an injection by a nurse, sorry I cannot remember her name, and it was quick and painless. All were very personable as well as professional. I would recommend this Urgent care.

My nurse and PA Heidi were knowledgeable, and so kind. I appreciate the time they both took to hear my concerns. Treatment options were discussed with me and service was quick. I highly recommend this clinic. The receptionist was also very friendly and efficient.

From the admission's staff to the physician, everyone was pleasant, courteous, helpful and kind. The facility was clean and comfortable. The PA was knowledgeable and understanding. I would go back there and recommend my family and friends to go there as well.
