Thank you Dr. Don I had a wonderful experience. They took such great care of my son and were incredibly fast and efficient. From check-in to being seen, everything ran smoothly. The staff was kind, professional, and made us feel comfortable the entire time. Our appointment was amazing, and I truly appreciate how attentive and compassionate everyone was. Highly recommend!

My close by office was booked but I was able to get an appt with ease if I drove a few more miles to Goodyear. So glad I did. The staff was nice and efficient and we were in and out quickly and smoothly. I’m hoping the antibiotics help my daughter recover quickly. Thank you!

This alliance urgent care location is terrible. Both times I have gone have been a terrible experience. The first time my wait time was going yo be multiple hours long. I waited over 2 hours and still had not been called back. Left and went to a different location and the wait was 45 minutes from START TO FINISH. This last time I went, I scheduled an appointment online, did all the paperwork and everything for my 7 year old daughter who had an ear infection. My appointment was 630pm. This was LAST NIGHT on September 26 2025. I drove all the way to the location, only to get to the door and find a sign stating they closed early at 5pm and apologized for the inconvenience. HOW WAS I ABLE TO SCHEDULE AN APPT AT 545PM FOR 630PM IF YOU CLOSED AT 5???? I was pissed.

The wait is never long. The providers are always so caring and so nice. I don't know who our provider was yesterday but she was amazing! I love alliance & I recommend it to people all the time

When going to most urgent care facilities it always seems to be a lot of people waiting however, this was not the case.On the contrary, the process was seamless and hassle-free. I was able to enter and exit without any issues, and the wait time was minimal, which is crucial for my well-being.
