Alliance Physical Therapy

Lizzie and her team do amazing work at Alliance. They are a great resource especially for queer and trans folks. They will really take the time to do a thorough evaluation and come up with a diagnosis and treatment plan to help relieve pain and increase functioning. Their space is thoughtful and fully equipped. I love knowing I can send people their way and trust that they will get attentive and competent care!

I came to Alliance after seeing three other PTs. Recently diagnosed with fibromyalgia and hypermobility, I needed a PT who could help with pain and gaining mobility after a year of inactivity. Previous PTs gave me only standard advice and loaded me up with exercises I could not always perform. Leah has affirmed my body's limitations without blame or discouragement/pessimism. She's also taught me how to relieve some of my pain on my own; this means I can feel better when I'm in a fibro flare -- without having to drive to an appointment or pay for a massage. The Alliance space is calm. The team has created a truly special and welcoming place that specializes in treating queer patients like me, who have conditions that are not always understood by other PTs.

Truly such an incredible PT practice. Both Lizzie and Keelan took so much time and care to understand the source of my back pain. I was in a lot of pain walking in for the first time and was immediately comforted by the care I received. Their ability to not only diagnose, but also provide targeted exercises was life changing. Can't recommend this place enough!!

Met with Leah today for pelvic PT and had the best visit. She was extremely compassionate, knowledgable, and centered me and my needs during the visit. Consent was acknowledged throughout the visit and I felt extremely comfortable from start to finish. The initial was very thorough and I was given easy to follow homework. This is a very different experience than most medical visits - only positive! I am looking forward to continuing with Alliance for any of my PT needs!

The first time I had an appointment here I cried out of happiness. All other experiences with PTs have been very unhelpful but this place, WOW. Leah is an incredible PT and actually listens and cares and is very communicative and focused. At my first appointment with them they gave me a ton of referrals and info. Thanks to Leah I am getting an EDS evaluation and am finally figuring out what has caused my lifetime of pain. I won’t go anywhere else. Oh and this place is so inclusive and validating. If you have been medically gaslit in the past, this is your new clinic.
