Alliance Pharmacy Plano

Using this pharmacy for my daughter's Accutane and it has been a pleasure! As soon as my daughters Dr fills her prescrip, they call and verify. I appreciate the prompt response and quick delivery (I live in Houston). This is by far the best experience I've had with a specialty pharmacy!

Wonderful business. They are always so helpful, and will reach out to my child's doctor or insurance as needed. If they don't hear back, they follow up with me. (Other companies would just forget about it, but not Alliance.) I have always had 100% polite encounters with their representatives too. Finally, the medication always arrives to my door the next day without fail. I can't say enough good things about this company.

They sent me a text message and stated that my credit card declined, after going over the cc number with them 3 to 4 can, the rep stated they imputed the1st 4 numbers incorrectly, after speaking with Crystal who obviously woke up on the wrong side of bed, Jesus she hung up in my face, 2xs, I can not believe she hung up in my face boldly. Called back directly for her, let her a few choice words, spoke with the supervisor Jesse, he was able to calm me down with his smooth voice. He confirmed everything and made the transaction smooth. I hope they were able to go back and listen to the recording, she should definitely be written up for that.

Decent but argumentative. Called to reorder prescription, they had to get Dr to update. They called me back 2 days later and asked if I wanted prescription. I said "yes, that's why I called you". Customer service then proceeded to get attitude and said he was just checking and did I want it or not. 2nd time this has happened. I'm not sure what part of I called to refill prescription is so hard to understand that I want the prescription.

I wish my prescription insurance would allow me use longer. The process is so stress free and the meds come right to my door. Everything is packaged very well. Also, they have in stock when other pharmacies do not. 10/10
