Alliance Orthodontics

It's been a month and I still not have received my sleep apnea mouthpiece. I am trying to reschedule a follow-up appointment, since I have nothing to follow up with. I call during business hours and every time I call, I automatically get forwarded to their answering service. I have left 3 messages in the past week and still have none of my calls returned. I don't know what to do and it's very frustrating. This is really unacceptable.

I went here to get my braces and everything seemed fine other than the not so welcoming staff! I just recently got my braces taken off but they said they lost my retainer and would call me when they found it which is completely unacceptable considering the amount I paid! i called up there after waiting weeks, if not months, for them to call me back but now their story has changed. Now they are saying they never lost it but that they are just waiting for my retainers to come in. WHICH ONE IS IT?! Either way this is not a place I would recommend getting your braces at. Either they are unreliable or liars! Do better!
