Alliance Health at Rosewood

My friend was admitted to this facility as a rehabilitation patient, and the experience was very disappointing. Staff members were often unpleasant and inattentive, and my friend did not receive the level of care expected during a rehab stay. Dirty food trays and dishes were left in the room for days at a time, which is unacceptable in any healthcare setting. We also observed mice running around the facility, raising serious concerns about cleanliness and patient safety. I would not recommend this nursing home.

Rosewood is by far an excellent rehabilitation facility. The staff is second to none for their care and ability to make the patient very comfortable and welcome. I sent two stays at Rosewood and couldn't say enough great things about the staff.

My Aunt, my father's sister was at Rosewood for the last 10 years. On behalf of me and my family, we would like to thank the entire staff for taking such wonderful care of Joanna for so many years. Everyone treated her with such special, loving care and they always kept her impeccably clean. We are forever indebted to every single employee for their hard work.

A friend of mine John T was admitted to Rosewood on 2/8 /2025 after being in the hospital for 2 weeks. He came to rosewood with a stage 4 wound on his back. Immediately he began treatment for that along with being admitted to hospice services. John is 97 years old and a former pastor. As he was on his way to heaven, the facility moved him to a private room. I can’t say enough about the loving and caring treatment by the staff nurses and cnas. I would absolutely recommend Rosewood. Great experience with Rosewood for the care of my dad. From the beginning they have been great to him and have kept the lines of communication open with me. Excellent care and support from the Rosewood nurses and the nurse management staff (thank you Nancy). Shout out to the activities department for always having something going on for the residents. Every Rosewood employee we have interacted with has been caring, kind and compassionate. They partner well with Care Dimensions hospice. Both working hand in hand to provide a comfortable life for my dad.
