Alliance Health at Marie Esther

Grandmother was originally admitted for SNF rehab but she quickly made the difficult decision to transition to hospice and pursue comfort care. Although we were only there 5 days until she passed we were treated with extreme kindness and excellent care. Hospice speciality and nursing staff worked together to adjust comfort medications/treatment hourly. Offered food/drinks and emotional support. Private room allowed family to visit comfortably during such a difficult time. Large cafeteria downstairs with food/drinks available for family and kitchenette also on the floor. Clean facilities with ample supplies. The care continued for my grandmother even shortly after she passed — a totally unexpected but beautiful gesture as they prepared her for our final goodbyes and the funeral home arriva

My mom had a fall at Christmas last year and she ended up at Marlborough hospital for a week. Marlborough hospital recommended this place for my mother early this year whe she was ready to be released from the hospital. My mom wasn't eating much at all, although her chart showed that she had a Fair appetite. She lost a lot of weight while in there. It got to the point I was asking for her to go back to the hospital, but the doctor wouldn't be in until Monday or Tuesday, as he was only there one day a week. It got to the point where I told them that I was planning on calling 911 for an ambulance to get her back to the hospital. Amazingly the doctor graced us with his appearance. And finally agreed with me that she needed to go to the hospital. Something the nurses couldn't make that decisio

Director & some aides whom work there were very rude & competitive never going back there.The residents loved me sadly I will never go back there. ( AGENCY CNA )

Spoke with maintenance crew and housekeeping. Were quite rude and very difficult to work with. I don't know much about the rest of the workers, but if they act like them, you should take your business elsewhere.
