I had been a patient at Alliance since the begin of 2020, I was always scheduled with the NP, which was fine. I had no problems with any of them until recently. To keep it short, it was recommended that I see a specialist, which I agreed with. I had issues trying to get the appointment with the specialist and contacted the office to seek their help in securing an appointment, which they were able to do, which I greatly appreciated. Approximately two weeks before my appointment with the specialist, I received a letter from Ms. Collette stating they were discontinuing my care because I was unwilling to see said specialist. Do not go here!!! If I could give zero stars I would. I started out with Dr. Colette. I loved her!!! She came up with a great game plan for my weight loss journey. I saw her for my first appointment in July and returned in August to see her for my first weigh in. I was down 10 pounds!!! I was so excited. My next appointment was September. I went in as normal and assumed I would see Dr. Colette. I mean why wouldn't I? She is the one that I started out with and the one that I wanted to continue with. I never received any kind of phone call saying she wasn't going to be in for my appointment. I was taken back to the room and the wait this time was astronomical. Went there for Zepbound, they are more worried the money than your health. They didn't want to give me my first shot then they never called to check on me. When I called the office for support I couldn't speak to anyone. Had to leave a voicemail, they emailed me a response. The front office lady Ashley is very rude!! Never will I go again!!!! UPDATE: I got a call today from their office saying that they saw my Google review and there's no provider available to see me tomorrow. I told them I already cancelled my appointment! Further confirming why I won't every go to this office again!

This was my doctor for years my insurance changed and had to change doctors now job changed insurance again so I came back here iam a diabetic my insurance requires prior authorization for Mounjaro I was seen on the 20th here it is the 27th insurance still waiting for more info from dr office about the medication I’ve missed a dose already I finally talk to dr Abbasi nurse she told me she will do it tomorrow bc they are busy with patient smh will not be returning here again I will find a new doctor after I’ve tried contacting her for a whole week and her to tell me she is to busy to take care of a medicine I need so my dang sugar don’t go up is insane if the office is that busy hire someone who can take care of this because obviously dr Abbasi nurse can’t handle her work load I really feel

We were made to feel welcomed and not just another $$ case. Collette and the staff were caring and very concerned about my husband's health. We never once felt rushed and really appreciated that. Id recommend them to anyone looking for their health care provider.
