Dr. Kincaid and Felecia were very thorough. I was put at ease by their warmth. Dr. Kincaid has a great bedside manner. Thank you Dr. Kincaid and Felecia for putting my fears to rest. I highly recommend Dr.Kincaid and Felecia. The receptionist was excellent and we discussed our families. The receptionist wished me the best and will pray for me as I have some routine testing scheduled in 2025-2026. The staff is warm and compassionate.

Dr. Leah Kinkaid is obviously well trained, extremely personable and as very thorough answering questions. She is a delight and gives one confidence she knows what she's doing.

They contacted me to confirm an appointment I did not make. When confronted about how they got my information they illegally divulged the “mistaken” patients identity to me. After calling the office and speaking to a manager it was clear they had changed the story from employee to employee to cover their tracks of the mistake since it involves legal matters.

Dr. Kincaid has been treating me for years. She is always professional and compassionate. i highly recommend her for your dermatological needs.
