Very friendly, knowledgeable group. Dr. Kaplan and staff took time to understand my problem and the treatments I had already tried. The allergy testing was easy. The follow up discussion covered several possibilities and the next steps to pinpoint the root of the problem, not just treat the symptoms. Discussions were in layman's terms so easy to understand. It's not often one finds a doctor and staff that listen to you and don't rush through the appointment. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience at AllerVie Health in Ocala. The staff was friendly, patient, and very thorough with my allergy testing. The facility was clean and organized, and everyone took the time to explain each step and answer all my questions. Even though my results came back without major allergies, the provider still listened carefully to my symptoms and helped guide me toward the next steps in understanding what’s been causing my reactions. I really appreciated the professionalism, the clear communication, and the caring approach. I highly recommend AllerVie Health for anyone needing allergy testing or expert guidance.

Dr. Westbrook was exceptional. My son was in to get allergy tested to try and get to the bottom of his eczema that he has battled for the last few years. Dr. Westbrook took the time to ask questions and to listen to our concerns. We didn’t feel rushed & he was understanding, compassionate and we felt like we left with a solid plan. The nurses were wonderful as well, friendly & on top of everything. The office staff was efficient. The check in & out process was a breeze as well. We highly recommend this practice and Dr. Westbrook.

Dr Kaplan explained things in a clear and pertinent way. It was a relief to have an understanding of my circumstances. I appreciate his patience and thoroughness. I wish ALL medical professionals would take.guidance from him. Bethany was professional and gracious. All in all a very good experience and I hate going to Doctors. 🤪

The doctor and assistant were so nice and helpful! They spoke to me and my husband in a way that we can understand every single thing and procedure!! My 8yr old left very happy! So that says a lot. We are so grateful!
