Dr. Wiebel I must say is AMAZING. He truly cares about his patients. I became his patient on an emergency basis about three years ago. I am big on reviews and after reading some of the reviews I was concerned and thought I share my experience as a patient. I have seen him multiple times since then & have nothing but good things to say. He is a great doctor, has a great nurse & I have always been able to be seen. My son is now a patient of his as well. I have referred co-workers and they all have been happy. We visit the McKinney office.

Every time I had a problem with my hearing aids, I was seen right away or on their next soonest available which was only the next day or the same week. Cherokee is an amazing audiologist and Dr Wiebel is amazing as well! I’ve been going here for the past 5.5 years and love the staff as well! Always friendly when I go in!

Before the big freeze last winter the facility in Mckinney shut down and did not notify their patients. So when I arrived on the day of my appointment, which I had confirmed days prior, nobody was in the building or answering the phones. Other patients were driving up as I waited, they went to the locked doors then returned to their cars to call the office just like I did. I went to the neighboring building to see if they had information and they said the ENT had shut down due to burst pipes. I imagined the office would call me to reschedule. They made no effort to contact me. Instead, it took several days and an excessive hold time to reschedule with their Rockwall office. I am paralyzed so transportation is a big issue to get into the office as I live an hour away. The office has been great, unexpectedly so, in calling to schedule my ctscan and surgery. I rarely find dr offices so helplful. Dr. Wiebel is very nice and my first visit, cleared up my problem with ear crystals and dizziness and now to perform my sinus surgery. I recommend. Like all medical offices, there can be a wait but not overly long the times I have been to the office.

I do not recommend this office or organization by any means!! Besides the long waits, disorganization and unprofessional staff, they are scam artist! Dr. Lee is amazing and I loved his services but unfortunately I will be taking my family elsewhere because the headaches I am still dealing with due to the unprofessional, unorganized and incompetent office staff are not worth it. My daughter was scheduled for surgery for 2 months, I got a call less than 1 week prior telling me I had to pay my shared cost in full prior to surgery or they would not perform it. And they also informed me that the original quote I was given had now increased and would be $700+. I knew they were wrong, they had been wrong before and I already have a $75 credit from earlier mishap so I argued and argued with them,
