This place is the absolute worst. Go somewhere else if you can! The lovely woman with the curly hair who does injections is their only saving grace. My doctor is never at this office and can only schedule appointments one day a week. Their holiday hours/operating hours in general are all over the place and very poorly communicated to patients. Not everyone has a 9-5 or is a retired patient. It’s very difficult to plan around their crazy operating hours to come in for an injection. My experience here has been very disappointing but I am stuck here now to get monthly injections….welll when they are open that is.

For anyone out there truly suffering from allergies, I highly recommend visiting Allergy Asthma Specialists and seeing Dr. Jithpratuck. Good luck trying to get a hold from the front desk! As a patient not only is hard to schedule an appointment or talk about billing but I feel that the doctors don’t take in consideration my concerns and just ignored my input

I used this allergist office when I lived in Orlando for a year. The doctor here was great and very proactive. The nurses except for one seem very clueless. I was almost given the wrong injection once. The receptionist on top of that was very rude. I asked kindly one time when I will be seated after 45 minutes and she yelled at me saying “Let me do my job here. I deserve some respect.” She did that to another woman who had a toddler in her arms.

Don't go here or any of their corporate owed offices. Clearly about money only not service or "Healthcare" of any kind. Staff is rude, stressed, "doctors" are dismissive and condensing. Its like what I imagine jail or prison would be like.
