My son had a wonderful experience. We were able to get a timely appointment and his allergy testing and subsequent results were explained to him in a way he could understand. I cannot say enough positive things about our experience with Dr. Desai.

There have been lots of changes in the practice since it was taken over by FAA. The shot hours are extremely difficult to access around working hours. You can no longer schedule appointments for allergy shots outside of the walk-in hours and they took away the weekly night time shot hours. This is not patient friendly when they no longer offer any shot walk-in appointments after 4 and one night until 4:30. The shot days are also constantly changing or getting canceled. When they cancel a day, it is often not replaced with another day. The nurses and Dr. Kuntia are wonderful and the reason that I have stayed with the practice. They deserve a five star review :)

Used to be great and now it has gone downhill. Every time I see a Dr, the Dr leaves its location. The recent Dr had was terrible, in and out within 8 minutes. ( Dr left this practice ) Then I got billed for lab work in December of 2024 which they misdiagnosed the medical code. Been trying resolve the situation for months and all I get, a threat of reporting to the collection agency. I'm done with them.

Sandy was amazing!!! Her and the entire team were great. The diagnosis was quick and efficient! Highly recommend this group to anyone struggling with allergies in Montgomery County!

The staff are absolutely wonderful. Very kind and patient with my son, extremely efficient. This is the most important aspect for us The shot room hours at this location, however are horrible. It’s extremely inconvenient for working parents and with kids in school to not have evening hours. We need to leave work early, and we need to pick our son up from school early. It’s also challenging because we have other kids who need to get to activities. Please bring evening hours back!
