Allergy And Asthma Care

Great office! I have struggled with a severe bee allergy most of my life, I finally sought out help and found it. After a few easy tests to pinpoint my allergies I went on a series of small injections. I am now safe against bee stings. Life changing

What an absolutely rude and insufferable front desk this practice has. Treated me like my existence had offended them right off the bat - maybe because you don't see too many colored people this way but I will not pay for services to be treated like absolute garbage. When the office was in Monroe I never had such an experience but it was an older woman and a young girl upfront who are apparently not cut out for this work. One is probably burned out and the other is learning from the burned out on. These behaviors reflect poorly on the providers of this practice. For the providers to allow this to continue is despicable. I'll be seeking another practice to give my business to. You lost an entire family off of a first impression in your new office, I'm sure more will follow.

I went here for the first time last week and Dr. Bachman was very knowledgeable and listened to everything I said. I showed him pictures of the reactions I have at work to certain animals and about other strange symptoms I get even before working at the hospital. He did level one testing right away and we found a few things om allergic too (not surprising it's mother nature) I do level two in another week . Highly recommend coming here staff and doctors are super friendly!

told him my hole story then he tells me he cant test for that after taking my copay so we test for the reg stuff and tells me i can do a patch test at home with the nail polish so i go home do that and in a few hrs my rash is back call the office and then he tells me that it cant be from the nail polish to go get a biopsy at derm smh like y cant u do the patch test in office so shit like this does not happen i know other drs who have done that for pts i just think he wants to get more people to come for shots the girls for check were like oh ur new pt like it was a big deal.. so i would not tell people to go here ever!
