Allergy and Asthma Care of Rockland, P.C. - Monroe

I went to Allergy and Asthma care for allergy shots in September 2024 and switched to ENT allergy associates within a month. The way the clinic was operated was very disorganized. The Nurses would do everything at the same time which was receptionist, take patients, give allergy shots, and fill out paper work. One of the nurses didn't even check if she had taken out the correct vile for me and I had to check for my name & DOB myself. Also I got charged $20 randomly for an asthma test and didn't get notfied ahead of time about the asthma test. I couldn't be happier to switch to ENT allergy associates.

My son has a dairy allergy. We went to Allergy & Asthma Care of Rockland P.C. – Monroe because they are the closest “specialist” to us. I totally regret it and wished I had looked into another care giver. My son entered their SLIT treatment program. It was to last 6 months before progressing to OIT treatment if needed. There was payment monthly for the vial of drops and a monthly charge for calls and visits. At the end of the treatment, we were to get bloodwork to see where his tolerance was & decided if to move forward to OIT. My wife was reconciling our bills & noticed 2 subsequent charges after the treatments concluded. She called to have the charges reversed. Since then, it has been an ordeal to speak to a live person or to speak to someone with the authority to refund the transaction

Took my kiddo for shots. All the nurses and staff are wonderful every time we go! Highly recommend!

Dr Selter and his staff were great. I brought my 3 year old grandson in for testing and they were patient and professional- making the process easy and comfortable. I recommend Allergy and Asthma Care of Rockland 100%

This doctor was on point, personally called Me to speak. The nurse was fantastic, they got me in quickly and got me out quickly even during a lengthy allergy test. I am bringing my son and my husband to find out their allergies too.
