Alleon Pharmacy

I had a very disappointing experience at this pharmacy. The staff was rude, dismissive, and showed little respect when I asked simple questions about my prescription. Customer service should be a priority in healthcare, and unfortunately, that was not the case here. I hope management addresses these issues so future customers are treated with the professionalism and courtesy they deserve.

This is the place you want to have your Meds. sent to. They take care of everyone as one big family. Amazing team from the Doctors to the pharma. technicians to front desk. They actually see the customers and talk to us, all the time. Their advice are always there. We are so lucky to have a personable experience every time we pick up our Meds. They sincerely care about their customers, it is such a rare quality nowadays🫶

I’ve been a customer of Alleon pharmacy for over 30 years and they are wonderful! Always so helpful, kind, patient and extremely knowledgeable. Alleon always go the extra mile for you to do whatever they can do to help you in any way. They are always welcoming,courteous friendly and respectful. Alleon is like family and I highly recommend this pharmacy.

Update: 4 stars There are younger people working here now that know customer service. ————— If the middle age man helps you, you'll have to move boxes yourself. Sure, you're lazy and as long as my packages get to its destination, fine no big deal. However, my experience today caused me to write this one star review. I had 3 boxes to ship (2 the size of a shoebox and the other slightly bigger). I had pants in one of the boxes and he opened it without my permission, but said he'll repack it. Okay, not a problem. He was annoyed he had to ship my boxes. Then he told me not to leave the box and NOT to put it outside his store. I don't understand this type of customer service where you open the customer's package then proceed to have them toss out the box. Long story short, I didn't lis

The young man that works there is always super helpf and nice! The older gentleman who seems to be the owner however is the most rude person ever. I had to drop off an amazon return, And I had my dog with me, he said "Don't bring THIS in my store".now I totally understand and respect no pets allowed policy, but to call my dog a THIS! IS BEYOND UNREASONAE! Also they did not have a no pets allowed sign up.
