When I was completely broke and my dog was fading from salmon poisoning, Rogue Valley Street Dogs and Allen Creek Veterinary Hospital teamed up to pull off a miracle. Street Dogs stepped in to coordinate the emergency care, and Allen Creek didn't hesitate to treat him without payment upfront, putting his life before their bottom line. Because of their incredible partnership and humanity, my good boy is still here and has a long life ahead of him—they are the definition of life-savers.

It was wonderful. I was amazed at the care and patience they had. My dog is very protective and aggressive. It was the first time anyone was able to in one visit have him comfortable. Thank you.

Would not approve an online rx for nexgard plus, had to go into office to get a handwritten prescription to send in and was charged $6.50? They charge double for the same product! My vet moved there so I'm experiencing an unpleasant uncaring staff/office. Just nickle and dime you... techs do the work for the vet $$. Your lucky if you see a vet! When my last visit was almost completed, after my pet had been given her vaccines, I had to ask if I was going to see my vet? Very impersonal! Have been taking our fur babies to Dr Abel for almost 20 years. She is wonderful, very caring and personable. Now being faced with finding a new veterinarian to the Allen Creek office. Very disappointed!

Dr Abel has been great with our feline friends. She doesn’t sugar coat it..my cat was overweight & I appreciated her direct instruction in proper feeding for his size, age, etc. & things to avoid. She answers all your questions & really cares. My cat came back a month later & had lost 2 lbs, much needed. The staff works diligently in a very busy office & stays friendly & professionally.

The vet tech Victoria and Dr. Heidi are extremely skilled and compassionate. My dog is very bad with new people and they took their time to be able to safely and kindly work with her. They gave me lots of good advice on her behavior and physical health and I left feeling understood and less anxious about vet visits (my dog did too). I really appreciate the way they spoke to me and my dog as well and gave me some great suggestions on how to enrich my hardheaded cattle dog's life with herding and working stock. Thank you to Dr. Heidi, Victoria and to the crew at Allen Creek Vet. We will be a lifelong loyal customer due to this stellar interaction.
