You will never find a more skilled, personable and caring doctor! Dr. Richmond was recommended by my husband who had visited him for annual eye care check ups. However, I wanted to investigate further and make sure that he was well reviewed. Fear not! Despite two absolutely unbelievable one star reviews on this site, the doctor’s five star reviews are arm long on other sites. So I made an appointment and knew from that time on he was the right doctor to do my cataract surgeries. I had the 2 cataract surgeries in early 2019 and The experience could not have been better! Doctors are great but office staff needs to be re-evaluated. Spoke with Rose today to schedule and appointment from the start to the end of the phone call she was very nasty and speaking to me like i’m a moron. I didn’t appreciate that.. I work in a doctors office myself I would never speak to nor make my patients feel that way. It’s a shame how office staff can make you not want to go to a doctor. I feel bad for the elderly patients that have to deal with her.

Everyone in office can’t do enough for you. Office is very clean and Doctor Richmond is a wonderful doctor, explains everything to you if your having surgery or not, very caring man and his staff also.
