Awful receptionist experience. Went once and needed to reschedule a second appointment. Called and left a voicemail on a Friday to reschedule a Monday appointment. Received a voicemail appt was rescheduled, no issues then received a bill in the mail for “cancellation” fees. Called and asked if that could be waived because the appt was rescheduled not cancelled. Was told no- and that I needed to call before 24 hrs of the appt. When I clarified I did, she said they don’t work Fridays and that was my problem. As I was starting to say I’d like to cancel future appts she said “I already deleted you from the system” and hung up. AWFUL service.

This office is unfortunately very unprofessional. I received a "cleaning" where no hand scaling or ultrasonic was used to remove any plaque or tartar, no probing was done and no flossing through all the teeth when the appointment was complete was done. When I called the office to discuss the appointment they refused to put me on the phone with an office manager and never called me back. When I did call back the second time they told me if I was unhappy with my cleaning to go somewhere else. I told them that all I wanted to do was to rectify the situation and that I had not had a problem with them before. BEWARE , I went to him because I thought he’d be more affordable than my cosmetic dentist. I replaced two back teeth. When he put the teeth in, I told him they were too big. He didn’t care. I had a beautiful smile. Now my teeth are crowded. My bite is off, I get headaches and my teeth hurt. I don’t like my smile, he ruined it. My teeth are all collapsing. My bite is off. I showed another dentist my teeth and dentist said the teeth will all cave in. That’s exactly what my teeth did. Come to find out he was more than my cosmetic dentistry. Also, they said they wouldn’t of done that to my teeth.. proceed with caution,

Beware!! And read as he has done this to another patient. Run from this man. He is a crook and a complete liar!! Should not be in business.Also failed to tell me he was out of network and billed me for everything he possibly could!! The has he nerve to say its the patients job to look into their own insurance? What Doctor fails to tell a patient they are out of network!! Plus he does not bill honestly. Lies. Very crooked and sneaky. This man is an arrogant you know what and should not be in business!

If there was less than one star I'd choose it. This "dentist" commits insurance fraud by billing for services he didn't render. I know this because I questioned a charge on my bill, but it was unfortunately after I endorsed the insurance check over to his clueless receptionist who has no concept of HIPAA (older woman named Kathy I believe, who likes to discuss your file across the small waiting room with other patients present). I questioned the charge of an x-ray that I definitely did not have done (in August) and when I disputed it, was told that they were doing me a favor because I "actually had it done in January but was not eligible" (false) so they billed for it in August.
