If your looking for a place for your hearing issues, Allen Audio is the place to go! Since getting my hearing aids (I needed both right & left) my life in the world of hearing has been forever changed! I deal with Monica & Lisa for the most part when asking questions or trying to get just the right touch with the aids. Allen Audio staff is second to none and if or when you have a problem, they truly take the time to not only fix the problem, but take the time to make sure you are a happy camper!

Back in the 1990's Allen Audiology and Westgate Hearing impressed me when my mother went there for hearing aids. One time they even came to her rehab hospital to adjust her hearing aids. Some years later, because of my family history with deafness , I wanted my hearing checked and I knew exactly where to go. Doug did the testing. He told me my hearing was good enough and did not try to sell me any hearing aids. We would just recheck things in the future. So ten years later my hearing test did show more hearing loss. Again Doug was up front with me and said some people might wait a little longer for hearing aids. But I felt I wanted to hear as well as possible for my work.
