Allegheny Apothecary

This pharmacy is amazing! The very 1st time I went there, the pharmacist was incredibly helpful and even lent me the money for my 1$ copay! I returned with my next prescription - only this time with 2$ for my 1$ copay haha . I couldn't believe how helpful they were. They remembered me, to this day, they always greet me by name, and make me feel like an old friend everytime I walk in; I'll never go anywhere else. Excellent customer service - something you just don't get at big pharmacies.

As much as I would like to give this pharmacy 5stars I just can't I always have an issue with them either having my medication ready on time they always say we have to order it can have it ready by tomorrow even when i give them a week's advance noticed about my medication and they still slack on it a week should be enough time to order and receive my medication ! The male that answers the phone is either new or slow i dont know how many times i have given my mother's home health aid permission to call and pick up medication and he still ask for all her information the ladies dont do any of that cause they are use to seeing the home health picking up medication for either myself or my mother. Other than these issues the pharmacy is pretty good could be better but lets hope with time that w

THIS IS THE BEST PHARMACY I'VE EVER HAD THE EXPERIENCE OF DEALING WITH. I'VE BEEN DEALING WITH THIS PHARMACY SINCE 2020. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXCELLENT. NOT ONLY DO THEY DELIVER, THEY DEAL WITH YOU HANDS ON AND MY FAMILY IS PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICE. I RECOMMEND ALLEGHENY APOTHECARY TO EVERYONE. NO MATTER WHERE I MOVE TO, I BELIEVE AND KNOW THAT THEY WILL BE THERE FOR ME.

Its really a rip off, I got my medications from here for a while and they were extremely expensive like more than double the price of somewhere else for the same Sildenafil 20 mg. This would be no more from this pharmacy , why to pay a lot more if I can get them closer ... come on!!!! I gave only one star to be able to post.

I understand that sometimes you might run out of drugs but this just seemed really shady to me. I have a bad back and my doctor decided to put me on a medication. I went to this pharmacy because it's close to where I live. When I walked in and gave the lady in the front my prescription she looked at it and walked over to the Pharmacist I guess to get his opinion on what answer should she give me, which was "oh we don't have that". I asked her would they be having it in and she acted completed lost like it was an unheard on medicine. Im a thousand percent sure that if I was an white older lady they would of had it. Rude and not sincere, do not go to this pharmacy!
