Tolulope the FNP is absolutely amazing. From the moment I met her at my new patient visit, she made me feel comfortable, heard, and truly cared for. Going to the doctor usually gives me a lot of anxiety, but she took the time to explain everything, answered my questions with patience, and created such a calming environment. I never felt rushed and felt at ease the entire visit. I also want to give a big compliment to the lady who checked me in, I believe she was a medical assistant. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable and at ease right from the start. Her warmth made a big difference in my experience. Where do I even begin? Dr. French and her entire staff are truly exceptional. This is, without question, one of the best family practices I’ve ever experienced. Some physicians simply prescribe medications, but Dr. French prescribes care, attention, and genuine compassion. Every visit, she takes the time to really listen, understand my concerns, and encourage me to become the healthiest version of myself through real consistency and support. And her staff? It is always nerve wracking seeing a new provider for the first time, but Tolu made me feel right at ease. She listened carefully and treated both my physical and mental health with genuine care and respect. I am so grateful to have found her and have already recommended her to family and friends.

I was rapidly gaining weight and wasn't sure why. Dr. Fernandez ordered blood tests and I had hypothyroidism, I'm on medication now and am loosing weight thanks to him! So thankful I found the office. Also, shout out to Samantha who called in my prescription right away to the pharmacy who lost my refill order. I really couldn't ask for a better office or team. I had an excellent experience with Dr. Tolu, but my follow-up with ASHAY LOBBAN-DUBOSE, NP was extremely disappointing. Although I was an established patient, she sent a medical assistant to deny my care and only spoke with me after I insisted on seeing the provider responsible. Ashay initially gave a false reason for denying care and later admitted she hadn’t reviewed my chart. To make matters worse, the summary paperwork falsely stated that I declined care—when in reality, Ashay was the one who initiated the visit by denying it. The facilities are modest but clean from what I observed. While the practice manager was kind and apologetic, my decision to leave the clinic was based solely on Ashay’s actions. I strongly recommend avoiding this provider—and frankly, the clinic as a whole—if th
