AllCare Primary & Immediate Care: Halcyon

What a great experience at this clinic. Clean and cheerful waiting area and rooms. Easy check-in and no long wait time. We couldn't get in to our regular PCP, and this clinic was very convenient and I was able to make an appointment rather than just walk in. We saw Esther Russell, D.N.P., F.N.P.-C. She checked my sister out thoroughly and was able to diagnose her issue. Dr. Russell was knowledgeable, answered our questions, set out a treatment plan, and called in prescriptions to our pharmacy while we were still at the clinic. She was a delight to work with. She also scheduled a followup appointment to be sure my sister was recovering well. We cannot say enough good things about Dr. Russell and this clinic, and will definitely return if we should need immediate care. Thank you all at AllCa

This is an excellent clinic. It is very light and bright and calming. I felt very comfortable being there for the first time. Dr. Russell and the receptionist were very professional and very friendly. I know I got good care there. I recommend highly.

The facility is clean. And the NP was kind. But almost $400 for a 15 min visit with an NP where I had to go to a separate labcorp location to get my bloodwork is robbery. I do have an HSA plan but going in network for a simple appointment is no way worth that price for doc in a box.

We had a wonderful experience today at Allcare. They got us in same day and treated us so well. They did all of the necessary tests we needed to keep us out of ER. I highly recommend them.
