AllCare Foot & Ankle Podiatrist: Dr. Allison Cheney

Initial visit went well. However, the ability to contact the Dr is slim. Have been trying for a week to confirm time sensitive paperwork with her. Voicemail is full and no option to speak with receptionist. Called the office she works out of and was hung up on. Two email addresses with no reply back. I would drive there myself if my right foot wasn’t in a boot. Very frustrating and unprofessional to not be able to contact your doctor directly in times of need. I will now have to spend more money finding a new provider. Maybe she will reply to this review faster than an email.

Visit to Dr Cheney was frankly the most exceptional physician experience since I’ve lived in this area for 15 years. The doctor is deeply experienced, dedicated, accessible, and listens and connects with the patient. The office manager was efficient and caring. The facility was clean and contemporary, leveraging modern scheduling, appointment management and payment tech. This is NOT a packed, frenetic office where they churn patients every ten minutes and patients’ time is disrespected. I can’t ask for more! This is top tier medical attention. Highly highly recommend!!!

Lousy Doctor who worked in Phoenix Arizona many years when I was a patient. Dishonest. She presented to me a catalog of specific shoes as she attempted to sell me shoes. However, because she did not have shoes for her own Patients to try on, she had the nerve to tell me to visit a Foot Store in the area to try on and be fitted for a certain shoe. Ok, this was a good idea. The real problem was, Allison emphasized to NOT buy the shoes from the said store. Rather, she wanted me to return to her office so she could sell me the shoes from her catalog. I other words, she was bring manipulative by sending patients to see and try on shoes at a different business and let them do all the work but expected me to return to her office to make the purchase. Was able to obtain an appointment on the same day I called. The administrative professional at the desk Greta was kind,professional and helpful. The office building was easy to find, the office was modern and very clean. Dr. Cheney was professional and answered all my questions. The experience was very good. I tend to become anxious going to doctors and Dr Cheney was most kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend Dr Cheney and her staff. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

I loved everything about this experience. From the woman at the front desk, to the Dr's assistant to the Dr herself. I had a few issues , one being a bone spur on the top of my foot. Dr Cheney was very thorough, patient, asked a lot of questions. And without shots or suggestion of surgery, made me feel better. I've been doing the yoga and stretching exercises she suggested and I felt better after the first 3 or 4 days.
