Family First Urgent Care

I have been here several times this year and the staff is amazing. The office is always clean and the staff is amazing. They all really care and the providers really listen to you. I never felt rushed and they always follow you with you making sure you are feeling better. They really treat you like family. Family First is exactly how you feel and they really do live up to that name. I was so impress with them their Family First Primary Care office in Oakhurst on Hwy 35 right next to McDonald's are now my primary care doctors. And that office is amazing the staff and the providers are also amazing. I found out recently they have a primary office on Jack Martin Blvd in Bricktown and friends of mine love that office. The Family First family was amazing! The front desk was accommodating and pleasant. They suggested making and appointment and were on time. In the room, Kayla took the medical history and answered my questions. Danielle was our provider and she offered good advice after a thorough and complete exam. I would recommend Family First Urgently Care to everyone.

Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. I was even within 15 minutes. I even forgot my insurance card and she still was able to see me water sending it through email. The doctor was very nice and was very thorough with his exam. Overall really great experience.

Overall great experience! Made appointment for cold symptoms and seen quickly. Office was clean and staff were professional and courteous. Dr. Ebube had great bed side manner, answered all questions and explained everything.

A pleasant first time visit here for me. A nice and clean facility. The staff are absolutely wonderful, they took great care of me and in a short amount of time, I was in and out of there in under an hour and prescriptions were called into my pharmacy immediately. Sending a big thank you to all of the wonderful ladies that took care of me today.
