Allaire Rehab & Nursing

The scheduling coordinator and DON are friends. The facility is never EVER staffed properly leaving the patients at risk. You say something about it to both the people in charge and for years absolutely nothing is done. Lack of professionalism. The facility is disgusting. New management needs to take over immediately. I will be contacting corporate next because this has become ridiculous.

My daughter entered the facility 12 years ago after a brain injury at age 32. The nursing care has been consistent and in keeping her comfortable and medicated and or additional needs that come up. My daughter is a paraplegic unable to speak but understands and responds appropriately when spoken to. The nurses talk with her and make her laugh and dresses her and put her favorite shows in TV. Also move her from her bed into her wheelchair to the general area where others in the facility gather.

My family visited my niece, Olga, at Allaire Rehab & Nursing in Freehold, New Jersey. We travelled from Georgia and North Carolina. This was our first visit to the city as well as to the Rehab facility. The surrounding community was beautiful and peaceful. Upon arrival at Allaire, we were greeted with a warm reception from the staff. The accommodations the staff made for us to celebrate our niece were great. Everyone was very pleasant, helpful and considerate. The facility was very clean and odorless. It was a joy to be at the facility. Well done Allaire Rehab & Nursing.

I can’t say enough good things about Allaire Rehab and Nursing. From the moment we arrived, the staff showed incredible compassion, professionalism, and attention to detail. The facility is clean, well-organized, and clearly run by people who care deeply about the well-being of their residents. A special thank you to Steven Shalitzky, the Assistant Administrator, who went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly for our loved one. His dedication, responsiveness, and genuine care made a difficult time so much easier. Steven truly sets the tone for excellence and empathy at Allaire. Allaire Rehab and Nursing is absolutely amazing! The staff are incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. My loved one received top-notch care in a clean, beautiful facility that truly feels like a home. From the therapy team to the nurses, everyone went above and beyond to ensure comfort and recovery. The amenities are outstanding, and the entire atmosphere is warm and welcoming. I couldn’t ask for a better place for my family member—highly recommended!
