When I first made an appointment and brought my cat in, the staff was very nice and easy to work with. Note this was during COVID restrictions, so I was not allowed inside with my cat who was about a year old at the time. I brought her in a crate, they took her from my car, and they brought her back out nearly 2 hours later. The nurse told me they were unable to give her shots because she was aggressive (I had never seen my cat be aggressive in any way previously), and they also failed to mention she was covered head to tail in her own pee. I realized immediately and had to give her a bath when we got home, which was not fun for either of us.. I've been taking our dog here for annual check-ups, vaccinations and routine medications since 2022. I like the vet and her staff are very helpful, but this vet practice insists on adding a 3.9% surcharge on all credit or debit card transactions. All my purchases here have been pretty big (ranging betw. $90-300 in this past year)- so if I don't remember to bring my checkbook, then this extra fee is added. And I don't quite understand why? Wouldn't a business add this fee if a transaction is very small and thus, the cost to run a credit card diminishes the profit? But customers are making substantive purchases. This is 2025 and using a bank card is standard practice everywhere - I shouldn't have to pay a fee and sorry, I do not routinely run around with hundreds of dollars of cash in

I can't thank All Pets enough, we rescued a rabbit and he needed extensive treatment. They worked with us and helped us save his life. Now he is so much happier and healthier. The Vet is an amazing person and vet she truly cares about people and their pets

Dr. Ricklefs is a consummate professional and caring veterinarian with an exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. We bring all our Maine Coons there, most recently 7-month 13.5-pound Thor. He has two sisters, Siggy and Freya, patients of All Pets since birth. Thor's doing marvelously well after neutering and already is hungry, bringing me a midnight snack (stole from cupboard). He was so appreciative he bought Dr. Ricklefs a cake!

This practice is so friendly and professional. I took my rabbit there with a back problem and was informed that a broken back is critical and there is not a treatment for it other than time and anti-inflammatory meds. My rabbit did not improve and sadly had to be put down. They were so compassionate and kind to my bunny. This is the only place I will ever take my pets.
