All On Smile

I've been to this dental office 3 times. Each time I had to wait a long time to see the dentist. The first time the office was busy so I understand that. But visit 2, I had to wait 40 minutes and there were only a handful of patients. Visit 3, no one was there in the visiting room or in the exam rooms. After being told several times that the doctor would be in, I got up and left. I think making people wait time after time is disrecptfull and the staff is downright rude. Especially the receptionists. They are too busy on their cellphones or talking to each other to notice clients.

This dental clinic has a fraud problem in my humble opinion! They lied right to my face about what my out of pocket cost was, overcharging ne nearly $400. They claimed to have done some procedure that was not covered by the insurance. I told them, it was absolutely their responsibility to inform me of it, BEFORE performing it. When I called them out on it and requested a refund, they were rude! I had to threaten legal action and to report to the insurance company what they were doing, to be taken seriously. When the dentist office looks like the Belagio hotel, probably better to look elsewhere!
