All Generations Audiology

Well about 2andhalf years ago I purchased my hearing aids from All Generations Audiology the service was high quality but as the months went by the service went down.My issue was my warranty was due to expire so they told me to sent them out for service one last time which I did. When they came back I went to pick them up and took them home I put them in the charger over night. The next day I took them out of the charger and they would not connect made several phone calls no luck after 2 weeks trying to connect them they made an appointment for me I went to the appointment and they ask me for $65 and I said no so the manager came out and told her what took place and she said she wouldn’t charge me this time It was the service did something wrong

My visit met all of my expectations. Diana was very professional. She explained a couple facets of the hearing test results that I had not asked my prior audiologist and was complimentary of those who worked with me previously. She compared my hearing aid options that were covered by my insurance and advised about return rates on various options as well as features available on name brands versus the lower priced hearing aids covered by my insurance. Good visit.

Had my annual hearing test today at All Generations on Oak Ridge Rd. Full hearing test, then I received a printout of the results. The results were explained to me, and fortunately no noticeable change from last time. Unlike my last vendor, she did not try to sell me a new pair of hearing aids, but rather just explained how much time I had left on my warranty and a service recommendation. This is a small business, and you can get in and out quickly. I would highly recommend them. By the way, if you have United Health Care insurance, you can get their proprietary aids at a great price there. I have been quite happy with mine.

All Generations Audiology in Greensboro, NC, gave me a great experience with a comprehensive hearing test and providing my new hearing aids at my first visit. My audiologist carefully explained the care and charging of my first-time use of hearing aids. She showed me how to place the units in my ears and how to take them out. The the hearing aids are comfortable unlike the hearing aids I tried from two other audiology firms. I am very happy with the follow-up and three year warranty.

The very best experience I have ever had. I was explained about my new hearing aids much more thoroughly than ever. Dr. Diana’s knowledge and professionalism was exceptional. I was also made to feel relaxed and welcomed by everyone in the office.
