The front desk receptionist has a smart mouth and just sits there and allows the phone to ring and ring. I call at least 10 times and once when I finally made it to the office. Ask to speak with the billing department about a balance on my son’s account because common courtesy would be to inform the patient of any balances (which is a year old) while making an appointment. The office manager has the worst attitude ever and instead of say yes ma’am I understand she said most parents just pay it. Like ma’am you do know that was rude to say. I would never spend a dime with these people ever again because you don’t care for your patients or their parents.

I have had some good experiences but recently my son had to get his tooth pulled randomly out the blue from a infection and for some odd reason I think the dentist knew month ago and they had just decided to tell at the last minute. I’m currently in the process of switching my son to a new dentist. I think it’s for the best.

After many years of taking my children to All For Kids Dental, I made the difficult decision to switch practices this year — and I am so glad I did. Every six months, it felt like we were told my children had new cavities that needed treatment, which became stressful and discouraging. The last straw was when my 7-year-old autistic son had to be sedated for cavity treatment. The after-surgery care and what I saw that day left me feeling sick, and my son is now fearful of any dentist’s office. Looking back, I wish I had trusted my instincts sooner. At our new dentist, we were told my children did not need the additional cavity treatments that were previously recommended. Truly terrible. Like most of the reviews say, they won’t let you go back with your child but think that restraining them is the best way. They are doing that with children as young as three who can’t communicate that happened to them and also aren’t letting the parents known they were restrained. Totally unacceptable. Very rude especially Ms Jessica over the phone. Please don’t take your child there. Our appt wasn’t recent but my child is just now to the age where he can explain to me what happened but he’s had to deal with it thinking that he did something wrong as was bad child because he was restrained when in reality he was afraid. I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office. The staff was not friendly or accommodating, especially considering that my child has autism. They do not allow parents to accompany their children during appointments, which can be very distressing for kids with special needs. What was most upsetting is that they wanted to physically restrain my child to perform X-rays, claiming it was for “safety.” My child is not a danger—he simply needs a little extra patience and understanding. This approach lacked compassion and awareness of how to properly care for children with special needs. I should’ve read the Google reviews before going here. I would not recommend this office to other parents of neurodivergent children.
