Needed an Appointment, called around 1:45pm on Wed., Phone consistently rang. Nobody answered, finally recording came on to leave a message and a phone number for a call back so not to wait.. no phone call returned from anyone !!

the care level from this place is very sad........i have been with them many years but the last few months i have seen a huge change. I had an appointment for a set time for something that was causing me pain. Made the appointment i believe 3 day in advance. Show up for the appointment and they said the doc is no longer seeing patients today and that who ever made the mistake should have not booked me at that time. The doctor was still in office so i ask her to go speak with him as i had an appointment. She came back and said " he said the same thing he will not see you" there has been several other issues where the office has fallen way short on what should have happened .........I have been going there for over 10 years and they could not honor the time they set up......

I just arrived home after waiting one hour and 15 minutes past my appointment time. My appointment was 5:45 pm and the nurse practitioner finally came in at 7 pm with no explanation, just a short apology. All I was there for was to receive the results of my recent blood work. I was also miffed that I had to pay $20 just for those results. I heard the nurse practitioner shooting the breeze, laughing and talking in Spanish with a man from an area close to where I was waiting for at least 15 to 20 minutes!! I highly doubt it was a patient because it was not from an exam room. The doctor closes the door for that, I'm sure. I will not return. Very sad. This is totally unacceptable. wuthcame came in

Dr khan is wonderful but office staff is a joke. Call numerous times yesterday for appt because sick and noone answers and after leaving a message still no return call. Call today and they are oh we are full. Get better staff

The staff and doctor are nice, but the wait is too long. For my first visit, I was told I did not need an appointment, but that if I made an appointment my wait would be shorter, so I made an appointment. I was there for 3 HOURS!! For an annual physical and I have no health problems!! To get my lab results, I was told the appointment would be no more than 20 minutes.. it was 1 hour
