The next time a customer tells you they have severe dental and needle phobia, do not answer with " no-one likes needles" then spread numbing gel above top teeth, followed by jabbing a huge needle on the roof of the mouth.( No numbing gel there?) Then, proceed to lecture me about grabbing your arm? For the next guy, act like you hear us and proceed accordingly.thanks for the new level of fear..🤬
