This place is a joke. If you have a real emergency go out of town because they’re useless. After thanksgiving day my cat had to have an emergency drain tube placed in his stomach and needed it out the following weekday. I reached out and the front desk ladies were helpful and had let us know there was a cancellation so he could possibly be seen, just for Woods to decline and say they’re not accepting any patients and to go elsewhere. Very disappointing considering the circumstances and my kitty’s condition. Thanks to the ladies that tried to make it happen.

The best doctor out there and praying he doesn't retire anytime soon we need him and very good customer service prices could be lower but for the most part they are ok and they take excellent care of my babies everytime

My dog was attached, and they refused service, because the were closing early for NYE.

Wonderful!! The staff were great...very caring. Dr. Wood was so kind, explained everything about my little Cupcake. She has diabetes. He gave me all the stuff I needed to treat her at home. They even stayed after hours waiting on the lab test results so we wouldn't have to come in today . If you want your pet to get the best care...go to All Creatures Animal Hospital !!

We are traveling and are 3,000 miles away from home. Our pup was not acting right and we knew something was wrong. We showed up at opening and they did an emergency drop off appointment for us. They were able to ease our mind about one main concern and provided some meds and food to help our pup. The visit didn't break the bank and all the employees were kind and the doctor left a detailed voicemail explaining everything to us (we didn't have cell service). A written script was provided for her food and they've offered to send us an email script if further meds are needed for her condition until we can get home. When asked if they could email her records to our Home Vet if needed, they said no problem. Thank you All Creatures Staff and Dr. Wood, you guys are awesome!
