RN Allison made over 6 medication errors per DAY on my meds. Every other nurse that they sent waited until the last minute that day to message me that they were coming (and I would be asleep or miss the text message) or they would refuse to accommodate my allergy and refuse to come. Their manager, Kristen, yelled at me and Shamed me for even having a fragrance allergy! Why are nurses wearing perfume is the real question bc I’m not the only person with this allergy. Overall, my conclusion is that their nurses do not like to show up to work. Sadly, I had an amazing PT here but the nurses are horrible.

The lower reviews are realistic, these people are vile when it comes to caring for future patients. However I am thankful it did not work out as I am being well taken care of elsewhere, this company will be shut down as those employed here do not care. Do not waste your time calling, they will play telephone with you and make it seem like you’re the crazy one. However my degrees say otherwise.

I have needed Home Care services several times this summer All Care is a caring professional and attentive agency that has always done it's best to meet my needs the therapists are wonderful and I appreciate how they keep in touch even when scheduling has to be adjusted. I wish that service is spread to my home state in New York.!

All Care Hospice provided my grandfather with a dignified and peaceful passing at home. Denise and Jay were wonderful. Before he passed, he was honored at a beautiful veterans ceremony coordinated by June. The bereavement support (Trish) provided to my grandmother for many months following meant the world to my family. Great team!

Talk about the run around. Don’t bother. wasting your time. I’m editing this review. I got a response back from the owner that told me that I was turned down for care for care Visiting Nurse companies that are link to both Mass General and Beth, Israel, Lahey health with this agency. I asked the Vice President ( see her response) why? She told me by law she didn’t have to tell me. I asked, was it my insurance? She said it could be ? So I’m keeping this one star review , what’s the big secret? The next day I had two approvals from the best visiting nurses affiliated with 2 of the best Hospitals in Boston, N. Shore. Both agencies work together to give me their earliest appointment for me as their patient. Extremely professional and I’m very grateful.
