Dr. Dessavre is an absolute Godsend! She is everything one could ask for in a primary care provider. She takes time to explain preventative care, conditions, test results, medications and thoroughly answers all questions. She is patient, kind, empathetic, amazing bedside manner but more importantly, she is BRILLIANT! She knows what she knows and is continually attending conferences to stay informed of all new research and evidence based practice news. She knows when a specialist needs to be consulted and stays informed of the treatment you receive from that specialist. She reviews all records of her patients’ Halifax visits. If that’s not enough, she truly CARES for her patients. I cannot say enough about Dr Dessavre’s exceptional care every visit, every portal message, every time
