Alico Pharmacy

I'm giving one star because of all the accounts of other people I know who have have their doctor send medication there and always seemed to have some sort of problem. A lot of people went to the pharmacist one time, and never used them again. In addition they do have a problem with derelict's & addicts constantly trying to steal from there and have actually seen people get grabbed trying to run out with stuff so I'm not surprised if they follow someone around.

The staff are super lovely and helpful 😊, always have your medication on time and they do delivery

Number 1 I’ll start with the presentation of the pharmacy and I will tell you that it is in order. They aren’t just stocked they are overstocked. They literally have nearly everything. Presentation A+ Because they are very clean, sanitized and have everything in order. Service A++ . They are very attentive and take care of you right away. I absolutely love wonderful customer service. Ricky is absolutely excellent. I highly recommend this pharmacy. If they don’t have your medication in stock they will make sure to get it asap. These people are reliable and hospitable. I recommend this pharmacy.

I walked in and took some photographs and as I walked through the store recording my experience looking g for so.ethi g to purchase so I can give them a good review they asked me to leave. The general demeanor there seems to bee Horrible attitudes hurry up and buy. Small selection there's nothing g there you can't get cheaper less than a block away. The staff are not well trained, are very rude and ill mannered. I will never shop there again and anyone who follows me know I support the growth of positive additions to our communities in America. I can not do not and will not be supporting this business financially and will never spend mo ey I. This store period.

I had surgery on Monday- my doctor prescribed a pain medication. The pharmacist refused to fill the prescription. It was a controlled substance and you can only get seven pills- my doctor prescribed 10. Instead of telling me that I was told my insurance denied it. I called the insurance company and requested the doctors office and requested a new prescription with only 7- this was done- not only did the pharmacist not fill the prescription she refused to take my calls- when I’m feeling better I’ll find a new pharmacy. I’ll never use Alico pharmacy ever again
