I have changed a dozen dentists in the past 25+ years and Dr Mai has been the best. He is both careful and caring, has a good judgment, spends a lot of time working on your teeth meticulously and explains the issues clearly for you. His recommendations are valid and he does not make up issues to enrich himself. The assistants are very decent and friendly. The front desk is responsive to phone calls and very helpful.

Today is my first appointment. My insurance covers regular cleaning. However, the dentist recommended a deep cleaning which the cost of 360 dollars. The dentist did the deep cleaning for about 30 minutes which is fine to me. The dentist then asked a lady to do the scaling and polishing. It took her few minutes altogether to scale and polish just a few of my teeth. For me, it was a very lousy job. I also took the advice of the dentist to get a dental guard for 280 dollars. I told the dentist I had thrown away a dental guard before because I couldn't sleep with it in my mouth. The dentist said this dental guard is different. I wait and see how it turns out. Updated. The dental guard turned out very comfortable and I have been wearing it every night for more than a week. Thanks to Dr Mai. I c

Just finished my first visit with my new dentist, Dr. Mai. He was very considerate to my concerns and took the time to explain solutions to help manage my dental issues such as clenching. He was attentive to any signs of discomfort throughout my cleaning/exam and his staff was both friendly and accommodating. I'm very happy I chose Alicia Parkway Dental for my dental health!

They all are very nice and very professional. And the receptionist is always very pleasant and very good at reminding me of my upcoming appointments. I highly recommend this dental office, Dr. Mai, the receptionist, and his staff. And I so appreciated last year when Dr. Mai fixed my uneven and chipped front-teeth, before my high-school reunion.

The staff at Alicia Parkway Dental is very polite and cooperative. Dr. Juste is amazing, she explains the treatment before starting it & makes the patient feel very comfortable.
