7/22/2024 Simply the best! Had an appointment for my 6 month cleaning and saw Erica who was fantastic. Dr. Kluss also examine my teeth and the care and quality of service is stellar. Blair and Angie at the reception desk/administration office are so kind and friendly. The quality of dentistry offered at Alicia Dental is second to none. I highly recommend this amazing dental office. 1/15/24 Another great visit at Alicia Dental. I met Dr. Kluss, who was very professional and nice. Dr. Trebon will be retiring, so I will now see Dr. Klus. I visited today for x-rays and cleaning, and I must say Chris is an amazing hygienist and so professional, kind, and experienced. The entire team at Alicia Dental is professional, experienced, and kind. Amazing customer service and professional dental care.

I got a crown done by Dr. Kluss. My gum had experienced pains since I got the crown. He adjusted a few times but it didn’t solve the problem. I ended up getting a root canal. My endo found there was a big gap between the crown and my tooth. My endo said “well the crown wasn’t done terribly. It was an ok job. You need to be careful because the gap traps food residues and may lead to infection.” Yes, he used “an ok job” to describe Dr. Kluss’ work. But am I ok with spending a few thousands just to get an ok job and a crown that leaves a big gap? Absolutely not. That’s why it’s annoying. What’s more annoying? Insurance wouldn’t cover a replacement for the ok job Dr. Kluss did so I had to pay out of pocket to fix his ok job. Sigh.

I have been very pleased with Dr Kluss as our family dentist. Both of my young children have been to see him and had a great experience too! My husband needed a deep cleaning and the office staff was persistent with our insurance to get approval for the services he needed - truly going above and beyond. I have always had a great experience at this office and would definitely recommend Dr Kluss and his staff to friends and family. Don't hesitate checking out this dental office - it is run efficiently and always on time - you won't be disappointed!

Great staff and quick, easy service! I had my teeth cleaned and had scheduled for my filling.It was the fastest filling I've ever had done in my life and feel so good about it. The doctor and nurse assisting him worked in such great synergy, it was extremely efficient. The teeth cleaning was great as well! I look forward to my future visits!

Really one of the best dental office's we've been to. They are honest, straight forward and really care about their patients and their well being. My husband introduced me to Alicia Dental and now my whole immediate family are being taken care of by Dr. Trebon and his staff. They have great systems and their text messaging service ensures we never miss an appointment. AND...best of all, they're usually right on time for my appointment, a big plus for a working mom like me. Even my 4 and 6 year old enjoyed their cleanings and weren't so stressed by the fillings (they liked the toy machine - reward for a good appointment). After being cheated by other dentists and pediatric dentists, this is one we're recommending and sticking with!
