My experience was great. I stopped by on Presidents Obama, Carter, Clinton, Bush, Regan,l etc Day,2/16/2026 just to inquire about my eyeglass r/x. She went above and beyond. My exam went great today(2/18/2026) My daughters exam is next week. Excellent service from start to finish.
This optometry practice is completely incompetent. Not only is their selection of eye ware overpriced and poorly curated, but they also somehow gave me a worse prescription than the year previous. The management is never available, and the staff is never well trained.
Today I feel very happy with the service I got from MyEyeDr staffs from Leesburg pike. Specially Dr.Stephanie Jones the way she examined my eye, she informed my eye problems & what to do in order to solve my eye problem. In general the way she treats me as a customer was nice. Thanks a lot for her excellent professional customer service.
